Hold or sell???
for me that right choice is to buy now and hold longer.
The drop is not because of bear market or people are dropping their BTC for good.
The drop is due to BCH fork. people sell their BTC and get more BCH to get profit from its FORK!

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

As at yesterday, we all saw the value of Bitcoin depreciate to $5,600. what is your advise to BTC holders
should we sell of in order not to incur more loss?
or should we HODL with hope that the bull run is coming soon enough?
BTC seems to have fallen to its lowest price in 2018 and why you are afraid to sell it at the bottom. Be calm and wait for it to recover, it has fallen sharply in yesterday and will soon be adjusted go up I prefer to hold a hold on the investment that you do because it might be the best way for now but it will be boring holding a hold usually takes a long time or if you are hesitant about it please cut losses but this is the last way. if you do that you have to be motivated to return your lost capital when cutting losses |

It has long been obvious that it's impossible to predict where BTC price will go, up or down. us, ordinary investors, no one will warn about this. ;)While the cryptocurrency market has such a small capitalization, it's highly dependent on the manipulation of large holders of cryptocurrency and , therefore, only they know where the price will go next.

I believe we should still hold. And I still think that the bitcoin price will soon begin to increase. But i am not a big investor so this big fall did not effect me so much. But unfortunately, some of the big investors was lost money so much because of this fall. So if I were in their place, maybe I would sell my coins now and get out of the market.

I just sold BTC, because I have lost the faith. It was so near, and I truly believed in the crypto currencies and hoped that the bullish market is going to come till the end of this year, but nothing happened.

Seriously? You don't deserve to be rich buddy. At this point we need patience, people still think that bitcoin price will fail and retest at 3k zone. Well if you have trust and faith about blockchain tech then hodl on with your altcoins. |

A lot of panic sellers will sell off their bitcoins because of the price drop but those that sell are the set of people that doesn't believe in better tomorrow. If someone strongly believe in better then this is not the right time to sell BTC.

Patience is all we need at this point and in Crypto space it is important. I know lots of panic sellers will sell off but I will advise you to hold rather than sell. Bitcoin will surely bounce back.

I see no reason to sell. In a week, the market will recover and you will lose even more. You just have to wait a bit. It is possible not to open the CoinMcapt for several weeks.

I still suggest to hold all the coins you are holding right now not just only bitcoin, yes, it might be struggling at the moment but it is better to buy more coins even if you are already afraid of losing. Yes it is really panicking, but we all know that it is still better to buy or to invest if the pricen is low because this is the right time for buying and just a lot of patience, we never know,, next month ot January 2019 could be the best month of cryptocurrencies market.

This is a best example to see the nature of crypto trading continuous price fluctuations disappoints everyone. It doesn't mean that the market is dying, panic sellers calm down and wait patiently. Believe in this for a better future. |

If you are at loss then there is no point of selling the portfolio.,waiting the perfect timing is still the most effective way in bitcoin,due to its volatility price is very unpredictable making other holders become worry. I'd rather hold now rather than selling at loss. |

I think no need to panic sell, I would rather say, buy more and hold for the bull run, you may not know when the bull run will commence. For that reason, I have now lost 40% in just one month. The bull market is far from over and the price goes down every minute. Now BTC has fallen to 5400$ and my mind is very chaotic. If it continues to fall, the crypto market seems to be over |

I'm hodling Bitcoin and will do it till the bull run. But I don't think that $5600 is its bottom...Most likely the market won't grow until late 2019. So be patient or sell and fix losses. I'm not gonna do it in any case. |

Don't do it first to sell it, because the price will go up again, but don't know when the price will go up, maybe it's better to just keep it, just wait for the following year, just my suggestion. |

Sell for cutloss ? i don't think so. Bitcoin was playing by whales and if we sell, we lose. Keep holding and wait for a bull run, there must be a bull run soon or later. We just need a little bit more patient |
