First your team need a marketing to introduce your service all over the industry since you are only new. I don't even saw your site in google search or social medias. I just saw it here and take a look. Though your site is cool from ui and etc, I just don't know how your security works here.

I tried your exchange, but it is making few problems lately. At first everything was fine, but then you changed something with the orders. Now you want to call people after making an order, for "confirming" and I cant understand it. I mean I make the order send SEPA, we can work with 2FA. In my opinion it is nonsense.

My problem is now, I sent 3640€ to you, last week, but my order is not confirming. Always "on validation". I wrote with support, they told me my money is there, and they will call me. But currently I am not able to take calls. The other part is, I wrote the support, but no answer until now, I wrote multiple times, last answer from you were 5 days ago. In my opinion this is to long for a serios request with real money that is stuck. Feel like support is ignoring me.
