Don't use it.

Currently they are offering a rate of around $9400 USD/BTC when the market rate is only $8k or so.

Do you really expect any legitimate exchanger to be able to offer that kind of exchange rate over spot? Either they are a scam that will just take your bitcoins as you deposit it and never send you the paypal, or they'll send you paypal funds from a potentially stolen account that can later be reversed by the sender.

It's a malicious site. Nothing good can come out of using it.

According to whois the domain is farily new, it's from December 2017, always be cautious when dealing with a new domain/owner.
Website looks 'meh' at best, and reviews looks fake and shady.

I don't know how OP managed to find this website to begin with, I tried to do google search and this is the only discussion about P4ay.com
Anyway, New website + Suspicious rates are a no go.

Don't ever trust newbie accounts such as this one, as everybody can create the account and say whatever they have to say. Look for higher member accounts as to become one you have to really put up a lot of work to build. Nevertheless, whatever opinion you get always double check.

Honestly I wouldn't trust this website myself either.

If you need to get money in PayPal might want to check localbitcoins.com and look for reputable people there, exchange rate might not be the best but you are dealing with PP.

This is absolutely fraud, no one can give this high profits. Paypal not good for selling digital services, buyers can do claim for their payments for 45 days so paypal can held your payments and refund to buyers.

i Think  the  site  is  good.  i  have  been  using  it  for  more  than  6  months  now and i  have  no  complains.  apart  from  that  they  have  good  support  team  and thus  you  can  be helped  out easily. incase you  want  receipts to prove  my  point  ill be  more  than  glad to offer.  Thank you.

seems the create of website is new - https://p4ay.com/ this website is not much popular on google search engine , just listed on 3-4 websites only , Creater of this site not promoted on google network till. Try will small amount only otherwise you may lost the funds

you get a lot of small payments from many different paypal accounts.

nobody knows where they got these accounts from, if they control them legitimately or whatever.

i personally know several people who got their paypal permanently banned for using hiribi / p4ay

Bitcoin and PayPal will never go together, what they offer sounds to good to be true, when in fact we have read a lot of news about Paypal chargeback and account limited by doing Crypto transactions to the other party, they do not have  complain, maybe not yet or they are taking care not to show on the internet but all the nature of these transactions are risky.

Don't rely on one website on the site's reputation, use common sense, we all know that Paypal has a chargeback if you are dealing on a website that deals with it, your account will be in trouble, if you are a Paypal holder you will be limited and they can get their money back, they could be trustworthy in a small amount, but different if the amount is big, so better not to do it all.
