It's a pretty common scam where they pretend that you won money but have to deposit in order to withdraw it. Once you deposit, they will block your account and steal your BTC. Avoid.

I can easily make fake accounts to claim I've had successful withdraws. This isn't too hard to fake. It's classified as a scam on EtherScanDB: https://etherscamdb.info/scam/6036/

If you want to take the (very stupid) gamble loss, that's up to you. But please don't borrow other people's money to do so, and I'd highly recommend depositing on a dice site and going all in on a 10x bet instead. At least you would have a 9.9% chance to win with that, versus a 0% chance.
