I'm finding that 1 Mh/s using phatk generally translates to 1 Kh/s using scrypt.

Is that standard?

The 1000 to 1 difference is pretty much the idea you get when going from btc to ltc mining ie card gets 300mh/s btc most times you get 300kh/s ltc and it takes on average 10% more power to mine the ltc as well.
