so 1% would be 1.00 and
5.5% would be 5.50 etc

Yes The Gain value is already expressed as percentual.
And 0.5% is half of 1%

I need a little help please,
I have just got a new phone and wanted to change my 2fa settings over to it, I managed to do this for all accounts by disabling 2fa with old phone and setting up again with the new phone except on Bittrex.
Bittrex says if I disable 2fa, my API keys will be reset 
Obviously this would disable C.A.T on my account so its not a suitable option.
Does anyone else know how to change a phone with 2fa on Bittrex ?

i exported the 2FA Seed then with Google Authenticator Apps i was able to restore the 2FA over my phone (inputting the seed)

well i do that a long time ago, but these (as i remember) are the steps

- From Bittrex you should be able to obtain your 2FA SEED Generator (if this is no more possible then i don't know another solution, try to ask support maybe).
- If you have the SEED (it's a code) then you can create a 2FA on your phone starting from the seed
- I use google authenticator and there's an option like "Create 2FA starting from SEED".
