Is this an Erc20 token and will remain on the ethereum chain or are there any plans to develop and move to own blockchain in future?

I think changing to your own blockchain is very important, such as you don't get affected due to some lags in the ethereum blockchain or overloading. In the future they can definitely think this.

I really like virtual reality and all that is related. I will watch this thread even more. Don't wait a long time, let's immediately join this great project.
A good project and indeed worth doing.

There are several Blockchain VR projects in the pipeline  and it would be nice if you could give us an overview of  the main advantages of CosmosCR over those that you might think as a direct competitors. With this, the community could distinguish clearly any relevant features of this project that might attract more supporters and investors alike.

A comparison sheet will be a nice add-on for the project.
Also any update regarding an MVP is more than welcome.

How much would buying own planet cost in this project? Or are the planets going to be shared with other participants?

We didnt specify the price of the planets yet, but this will also depends on the size, but it wont be super expensive it should be affordable for everyone.

So, what will happen to the unsold tokens, will they be burned or frozen for some time period?

Burned, but lets hope this doesnt happen  Grin

We want everyone to get the same value so we dont have any Pre Investors/ico just one simple ICO. We made a huge cost already with having lawyers and we
are taking a risk with this, but we believe this will be great longterm and the most fair option.

It's a good thing to burn the unsold tokens if there will be any to ensure the transparency. I hope this situation doesn't arrive.
so any unsold tokens will be burned, hopefully it will not happen and they will all be sold (reach hard cap) so there will be no pre-ico and various stages of the ico but a single one with the same bonus from start to finish seems fair towards investors and perhaps the best fundraising strategy...

Perhaps the best or the worst  Grin It's easier to sell to angel investors with a high bonus, but thats not our goal, we want to be straight forward and deliver as simple as that  Wink.

Yea the minimum cap is at least needed to make the product great, everything after will going fully in the ecosystem and adoption rate. Eventually i think investors get a good deal on both situations.

Reach minimum cap they own more %
Reach max. cap the ecosystem will get more promotion and probably a faster adoption.

But both ways we are going to make a awesome product that can grow for years.

A big hard cap is fine if it completely will be used for the tasks you mentioned. Promotion could be key in 2019.

Our funds will be used 100% for the project, we're going to be really open about our financial positions and keep the community updated.

The foundation funds will be also based on voting from the community.

Good to read that a very seniour member is answering on all the questions.
2019 will be the year that crypto goes very much up or goes totally down..

We are just in a bear cycle, blockchain technology is actually maturing a lot and although some stages might look depressing crypto is evolving with projects like Bakkt.
It's impossible to make predictions at short term (although im doing it since 2013), but long term crypto is going to perform really well. 2019 unpredictable but we get closer and closer to the next blockhalving!

Also we are working on onchain voting for a governance system, but this we want to decide with the community like a constitution (experimental atm)

Has on-chain voting ever worked out well? Looking at past attempts it seems more trouble than good. Not just because it can and will be gamed, but also because it is a hassle that gets in the way of user experience.

Put another way: has the lack of democracy in a virtual world ever hurt the experience?

Well there are much different onchain votings systems, some better then others i think coins like Tezos and Decred are great, prevent forking and also let people help taking decisions.

Gamed voting is mostly cause people create a system where people dont have to put their money where their mouth is, thats why for exemple decred got tickets and tezos a bond and roll.
This will let people have more good intention for the voting cause they actually have to own the coin and put it at stake. Tricking this system is expensive and also put your own coins at risk.

Like i said its experimental but we def. going to have a look at it.

How great would a dpos chain be that actually help the virtual world! We would love that, did you notice we talk in the whitepaper not about ERC721 specificly. At this stage Ethereum is expensive
specially for NFT, try to hop a crypto pepe can sometimes cost up to $0,8 each transaction this will not work for us.

We keep an eye on a lot scalability solutions.

We're going to release a lot articles soon, and i will keep the community updated here.

Expect at least one article a week about the project that will stenghten our product towards the ICO.

A comparison sheet will be a nice add-on for the project.
Also any update regarding an MVP is more than welcome.

We might have a look at this, but the problem with a comparison sheet like i said before is that they are really biased to the project making it. Thats not what we want also cause we respect our competitors.
Our main focus is creating and our ideas will speak for itself (and yes we will do a lot marketing).

Mvp will be released in parts untill we can go into a full product. We work in a Scrum methodology this way every sprint we will have a new shippable product. We will make an article about this cause some names
might still be confusing at this stage, good part is that we will release land parcels first and the marketplace for this including guides how to start building so people can actually already can become creative and play around.

Of course, this is your project and you should do what you feel is best.

I just wonder, maybe it is too early to talk about voting when looking at the present state of dApps it is hard enough to build a community in the first place. Even the most popular dApps have only a few thousand users in a single day.

What is this? Is this an ICO thread in which the person answering the questions and engaging the community is not only a founder of the project but also knows what he is talking about? Holy S***! I need to catch up on this unique conversation. I am glad I only have 8 pages to read. MrBoot, I'm sure I will have some questions for you. I think it is very important to have a background and a pre-ICO craze community footprint here. You are only 8 pages in though. Let's see if you are still here answering the same repeat questions in a month or two. That will be the true test perseverance. lol.

The virtual real estate space (or land parcels) are like the domain names of the platform and the portal to the games.
Thats how we create a true virtual reality world and make it super excited.

You buy a piece of land with the $CYBR token and deploy your game on it. Your land piece also will have a value cause you truely own it as a token.

Ok, seems I understand now. So people will be able to create a game in every virtual-reality city or on any planet?

You can buidl games in both actually, but cause the mainland space is limited and it will be hard to get a big space, also its more expensive so it makes more sense
to use the mainland as portal and keep all use-cases close to each other and make the planet to buidl the games and experiences.

A webshop for example will be easier in the mainland.

There will be only games on the mainland space? How about different shops for example like this making MarkSpace project?

And he just didn't enter the market week ago and looking for quick cash. A real crypto enthusiast.

If we past this bad days, it would only become by the real crypto enthusiast. Not with teams making up some kind of project without any knowledge and asking for 50m $.

Actually there will not be only games on the mainland, but whatever people create can be webshops, showrooms, games, casino, art, university or a bar.

I agree with you, this year we saw a lot of tech advancement, many dapps also sterted working (even if they aren't used by many people, especially Ethereum's ones)

Well one can build gas-free on chain solution like Vibehub did for their platform where the transactions happen on Vibe platform remain gas free and if user only has to pay tx fee if he withdraws the funds to his own wallet.

The more realistic the VR space gets the more people will be willing to pay for virtual things inside the space. I think this is the future.

Internet lowers the inhibitions most people have when they interact with each other. Which is why forums and social media are such cesspools.

In fact that unfiltered behavior has seeped into our physical societies. We are in the age of meme wars, in which people are brainwashed, every news article has an agenda, all nuance is eradicated and science has become something to be ashamed of. We stopped thinking with our brains and started trusting our gut feelings.

If we cannot even get democracy right in the real world I have a hard time believing any good can come from a virtual democracy.

VR is still not really commonly widespread. Mainly because a lot of people still don't have VR glasses (sure you can also use your phone but I am talking about real VR glasses like HTV vive or Oculus rift). Once they get cheaper and more people will have one, VR applications will become much more important.
