  Our servers are very cautious and prefer stop the service on the first weird thing detected. We got a downtime on BC for this reason: an issue was detected and the servers goes in security mode.

We have to disable SHACOIN because the coin is forking and the dev didn't released a fix yet.

If you did a withdraw request, your coins are only stuck, and should be released on the fix.
If you did a transaction from your wallet after block 15993, it's possible your coins are lost (because sent on a wrong fork). Else, they are just pending and waiting for the blockchain.

Like you, I'm crossing my fingers for the dev fixing this issue.
I'll provide updates as soon as possible.
