I don't know what you're referring to, but it's likely that you're confusing SAFECOIN with some other currency on cooinmarketcap; Safecoin (SAFE), as you can see from my first opening post, had its 1 block drawn on February 18th 2018, so a little over a year ago. The announcement for now is only in discord and telegram, still missing here in Bitcointalk and Twitter.  Safenodes are about to leave and with them the price, which is already reacting now .... you will never find it so low!
