Hello
I played yesterday my ID is Lann.
I had some doubts
first if there is regeneration of life and mana.
Also about the nourishment and its cost. to make an attack on a monster costs 1 point of nourishment and to defeat for example a rat will cost between thirty points because we miss some hits. the copper reward is four when defeated but the cost of recovering one point of nourishment is 1 copper then eventually we would run out of money to recover nourishment. Is there any way to recover nourishment other than berries? Thx
First of all, I apologize for the delayed answer. I am aware of the struggles that new players have, but believe it or not, it will cost time to create a perfect balance of cost and reward. I have already nerved the defense of some monsters which allows you to deal more damage which will also lead to quicker loot. As an answer to your question regarding if there are alternatives to fill your nourishment; yes, the NPC Albertus sells ampoules of extracted nourishment which will fill your nourishment for a maximum of 40. However, these ampoules cost 35 copper, so in fact, this quick way to fill your nourishment certainly comes with a price.
You start with 2 silver, which means you could buy 200 cherries from the NPC at the start. This gives you the abbility to attack 300 times ( since you start with 100 nourishment as well ). If you spent 150 of your nourishment getting some skill from frogs ( frogs alternatively also drop currency where butterflies do not ) you should be able to properly hunt rats and maggots until you're out of cherries. I'm fairly certain you could then repeat these steps until you do enough damage to take on higher monsters like spiders, which obviously, will give you a better reward to your cost.
I hope I've answered your questions with a proper answer. I certainly hope to see you in-game.
All the best.
