Yeah, its gonna be fun for sure! Klaus is a passionate collector and a blockchain enthusiast as well. He came up with the idea, having a collectable game based on blockchain. I mean like the sticker you might know form soccer (dont wanna say the name  ) but you should have a real life experience when exchanging cards with your peers, or sticking it into the album. We dont have a token as a such and thus no token allocation. So each Album is an address and also the shelf (where your not sticked cards are) has an address (like ETH Address). The cards are an Asset with several tokens. So each card has a certain supply in tokens available. So when you stick in a card or you exchange a card with one of your peers, you exchange tokens. But there is no token in your wallet if you might this expect.

There is no physical cards available. You buy either a physical wallet in a store here in Liechtenstein or buy our wallet online. The wallet contains random sticker packs in a certain quantity. When you import them they will be allocated to a shelf (kind of ETH Address) and you have then the possibility to either hodl, exchange it with peers or stick it to the album. Each of this will be a blockchain transaction on our POA chain.

The first 300 will get a physical album handed over by the founders of the game. It will always be possible to buy a physical album when the game has finished at the end of 2019.

So first of all, it is a very small community in Liechtenstein. Second, we are financed by private investors, so there was no need to get in all the hassles an ICO brings with. Third, there is no real reason for an ICO, since we wont have a token in the classical sense.

bd300 has been in the works since early 2018. You're definitely right about governmental collaboration, and it's something we have been working on. One of the reasons this project is possible is because of Liechtenstein's recent 'Blockchain Act" which set in place helpful, pro-blockchain legal frameworks, something most other countries don't have. bd300 is powered by CoreLedger technology, and runs on its own closed blockchain. Since bd300 is like an exhibition project for how blockchain (rather than cryptocurrency) works and what it can do, in a playful environment, we decided it would be safer and easier for people new blockchain & crypto if we kept the payment system fiat, and focused on the blockchain technology itself. This is also why we don't have our own token or bounties.

You're exactly right, a lot of people are just here to invest in alt coins. But that's a big part of the reason bd300 exists. We wanted to show that blockchain technology has many important applications outside of crypto, and built the game as an exhibition piece to help educate people about the fundamentals of blockchain in a fun and non-threatening way.

How long it takes to fill an album is up to you and the market. You can choose to keep buying packs of cards if you wish, however this will alter the cards value in the wider marketplace because of supply-demand principles. The more challenging way to play is to trade your way up by exchanging your rarer cards for ones you don't already have.

It's an interesting system you are creating.

By value, we mean the card's "perceived value" in the wider in-game marketplace. Due to scarcity, some cards will be rarer than others and will therefore be more valuable, thanks to principles of supply and demand. Owners of these rarer cards will be able to negotiate better trades for the cards they still need to fill up their album.

How expensive is each picture that you can purchase? Or do you buy packs like card trading games like in real life?
