I don't think that in a so volatile market you can talk about strategy. It seems to me that it's all about gambling.

I'll have to agree with you on this,maybe probably not on the gambling aspect,but what sort of strategy gives trading success,probably those saying its all about strategy could start a thread on the winning strategies they use,for others to learn
As far as I know,no strategy works all the time,it could fail today,it could be successful tomorrow,what can happen next is just totally unpredictable and undecipherable.
If analysis played that much of a huge part,then trading will be less risky,with higher chances of success all the time
I think luck has a part to play in successful trading.

That is so true. There is indeed no magic in trading. But then there is probably what we call luck- good and bad. Sometimes there is a strong pump that happens that seem to be coming out of nowhere. Perhaps a huge investor suddenly becomes interested to acquire a bulk of the coin. Sometimes also things would go so bad just when you expect them to be really great. Having said that, crypto is still highly unpredictable. But of course, it is always best to have some informed analysis and strategies and great skills .

we must pay attention to it properly. there is no magic, and there are no shortcuts to gain profit. everything requires calculation. well, this is certainly risky, and this is far from magic. however, it can mean that you are like being bewitched as rich, or poor with your calculations.

That’s so funny and true that we cannot get any comfort without working for it. To eat the fruit we will have to bow the seeds. So to be ready for working it can give you profit. Magic has no concern with trading. You will have to buy hold wait and then hold for the profit. There are rule which gives gyou fast profit but no magic.

You can't say that trading depends completely on luck. Well it does, but the amount is negligible. If it actually depends on luck, there there is no difference between playing poker (gambling) and trading. Both requires skills and luck.
If you know what you are doing, then there are chances that you will know whats going to happen to the market in the short run. A pump or a dump is easily understood by those who understands the market well.

Yes, there is only a very hard job in trading. The best traders are not magicians. Most of them are the people, who started their way, being very poor. Simply they are very persistent and patient.

   Hard work, sitting all the time in from of computer. Having many apps for price tracking, documents from past trades.
Watching numbers changing all the time. I agree with this, there is no magic in trading, just hard work.
   Patience is important with crypto-currencies, things are not always good. There are moments when price drop so hard
that people think about quitting. Persistence and patience to endure in hard times is what makes someone a good trader.

Yep, writing up a good strategy (entry and exit plan) will really help you to succeed in trading. Of course there's the TA but not all of us are very technical and sometimes it doesn't apply to the market. My point is that you need to do some work and not just depend on others trading view or style. You have to build your own and understand how the market works. Only noobs thinks that everything is based on luck or magic here.

And even you are using TA its still not guaranteed that your analysis will happen most especially in cryptomarket because of a high volume in trading that makes the market volatile. Don’t expect for any magic in trading, its not gonna happen better to study well and you can have more trading profits.

Even without the knowledge of math and other things, it's still pretty easy to calculate almost everything you wish simply by using some softwares. On another hand if we talk about bitcoin here, strategy can't be useful in many cases. For example there will be a need of changing our strategy when some exchanger stops withdrawal, coinmarketcap possibly removes exchanger, someone famous says stupid statements and etc, as we know these have impact on price and this impact is sometimes immediately. Luck is major here so I agree Brunus, it's like a gambling, you win, other loses and sometimes swipe the roles but with different amount of money and different rate of loss.

Yes i agree with that there's no magic on it and trading is super stress and trading needs on patience and hardworking well experienced on. If you will engage on trading you need to study on  that the pattern,graph,volume,etc in will give you big help.

I don't think so, I still believe that magic still exists in trading and people often say it's lucky, more precisely, this magic exists in all areas, we can not deny the existence of luck because sometimes, we have fallen into traps and we think we will lose but luck has come and pulled us back to heaven. But of course, we won't be able to rely solely on this magic in trading, as you say, trading is a job that requires the patience and effort of traders, all their skills will determine the fate and rewards they will receive, luck is only a very small part in their victory

Why would anyone think there is magic in trading? I've heard some tips and tricks that are just made to fool someone but using the word 'magic' is really unrelated at all.  If anyone of you that are on the adolescent period that still use the word magic in every aspect of your life then there is something wrong with you especially if you think it applies to trading.

Well, it is true that trading is not magic, if you want to be a successful trader then you have to learn technical analysis, but it will take some time to be expert in that.
