Meditation can relax the mind but always keep remember that it won't solve your problems but it can help you to take things easier. I tried it before, it is difficult to stay focus with all the worries of life but once you find the balance, it is really like a river flow experience.
When do you need to meditate? Is is kind of a hobby or you do it when you feel your mind is at chaos?
I think both? I do it not because I have so many problems but I do it because it became a hobby before. But right now, I am busy with other things that I can't find time to do it. Sometimes when I am stressed out, I just eat and sleep or play
online gambling when I got time. The thing is, meditation isn't about doing it just because you need it, but you will do it again because you like it. It will be difficult for sure at first but then once you got the rhythm, you'll find that "inner peace" that everyone else are talking about.
