I wish eve would stop making a blanket statement. Except for the vdragon incident, groupbuys have been honest and the organizers have delivered in the past. If eve can point out instances of scam and thievery, please feel free to post them. But, if eve can't specifically call out these instances, please REFRAIN from scaring people. Scaremongering is a trademark of power maniacs.

Beware and Stay Away from Group Buys, they are more like Scams, trolls, shills and sock puppets accounts created to sweat talk you into their Group Buy. They promised but never delivers, because that is not their problem. Middlemen always collect your payments but delivers Nothing to you. Avalon Chips Delayed and Bitfury Chips Delayed and Butterfly Chips Delayed.

Some of this hysteria makes sense. Now when the difficulty is 65mln looking at the charts from one groupbuy http://hashfast.coiningsolutions.com/ec/Earnings Per Share: (week) ฿ .3520475 (difficulty 100mln) we can see that with the share price of 3BTC even if the difficulty stays around 100mln (in November, which is optimistic) you need 10 weeks to just get your money back. And what prevents 3x/4x current difficulty by January? If people start getting their ASICs in Sep/Oct they will invest ahead in next gen ASICs, like CoinTerra. |

Most will not delivered and turn into SCAMS with no refund. The Group Buy Moderator will NEVER Refund you the Money in case of the vendor not delivering. They are all part of the SCAMS.

To those who organized the group buy, please for goodness sake, refund the money in FULL to those who were in your group buy now. Those in your group who had bought into the DIY assembly with you all should be treated differently than those who did not buy into your assembly or DIY, they want a full refund.

I have already spent 15K on my customers for both this and my website endevour so we have top of the line cooling (2 central air conditioning units and 1 14,000 BTU portable ac unit, also we have humidity control, and server racks made of steel. |
