Thank you for posting the video.. It appears to be one 1 man show - It is easy for one person to take a lead, steal other people's image, make a 42 minutes long video, and a bunch of people will believe. But we need more than that to convince us they are real, especially after caught with fake team members.

We didnt research the whole team yet, but the first two we picked are fake.

1 - There are no links provided to the team member's profile. There are links to Indorse but we dont endorse Indorse.io - never heard of them.
2 - There are fake team members:

One of them is an architect and you can see on his profile: Area of operation= Construction.
The picture posted on their website can be found on his VK Profile - go to picture 25/50 and the same image is there

The other team member you can see that the name is not the same either.
There are many photos on his profile. Cant find the same matching picture, but face recognition matched 99.9%.
We tried many photos and all of them matched. We posted here just a few. The only explanation is if he has a twin brother.

We consider stealing someone's identity a serious offense - Crime - and we categorized as a scam.

We left a message for them on their ANN Post and we are waiting for them to come here and try to explain this accusation.
We also contacted the person who created this other topic on behalf of this ICO project and warned about this situation.

Clarification.
ICOEthic has detected a legitimate error on our website. Our web developer has misspelled four names on our website. The founder Thomas M. Mayer and the director Tatjana Bespalova clarify the topic with ICOEthic. We are happy to provide video proof of all team members of the Tokrex team.

The following names were not spelled correctly on the website:

Nikolay Datsyuk
Viacheslav Shatunov
Edward Keshabyan
Irina Kulichevskaya

Our webmaster has written all Russian names incorrectly.

To protect the integrity of the project we archived the thread temporarily.

If the matter has been resolved with ICOEthic, we will reopen the thread.

This is reply of them in ANN thread, they locked thread so I cannot directly quote. They said "Our web developer has misspelled" but I don't know how to misspell Viacheslav Shatunov and Alexander Saizew.

Hello ICOEhtic.

Thank you for your mail, which has made us aware of a serious mistake on our website. The project has been online since Friday, December 1st.

The names of the following team members were incorrectly stated on our website:

Nikolay Datsyuk
Viacheslav Shatunov
Edward Keshabyan
Irina Kulichevskaya

The photos of the team members are correct.

Our web developer has misspelled all Russian names on the website. He has inserted fancy names as placeholders on the website. He got the right names in Cyrillic. But he could not read the names. Therefore, he has inserted placeholders (the wrong names) in the translation files. He did not do it on purpose, but it was an accidental mistake.

Of course, we publish a video of our team members. Including the persons, you have identified as fake.

As the founder (Thomas M. Mayer, Founder), I have full responsibility for not having reviewed our website. Including the Foundation executives take full responsibility for not checking the page in the last three days (a weekend was in between).

We have corrected the names on our webpage. To be on the safe side, we archived the BitcoinTalk thread and will reactivate it if you agree.

I ask you to respect this to protect the integrity of the project. Since December 2016, the team has invested a lot of purpose and love in the project. In addition, we bear responsibility towards our lead investor.

Can you please clarify with which person you had contact and what the person deleted. Our ANN thread was created by the account tokrexOrg. At the direction of the executive team, our co-worker temporarily archived the thread today but did not delete any messages. As already mentioned, this was done to protect the project until the matter has been fully clarified.

Please be patient until we have created and uploaded the videos. We post the videos on this thread.

Viacheslav:
Viacheslav is a developer at Tokrex and was involved in the development of the prototypes for FloorNet. He was published under the wrong name "Alexander Saizew".

In addition to his profession, Viacheslav is involved in a political organization in the Crimea. Viacheslav told me in a personal conversation a few minutes ago that a video statement in connection with cryptocurrencies is currently not beneficial to his political career (see his message). Since cryptocurrencies are "potentially illegal" in Russia (according to the Russian financial minister). He worries that the video will be distributed on the Internet and endanger his political career, which he wants to focus on. For this reason, Viacheslav does not want to communicate a public statement in connection with a cryptocurrency project at the moment. We would like to express that Viacheslav has worked on FloorNet. A system for a decentralized order matching and was not directly related to cryptocurrencies.

He allowed me to post the following pictures, which shows Viacheslav with Nikoly (see video above) while they were working on Tokrex. As proof of his identity in connection with Tokrex.





We apologize for the late post because Viacheslav said this morning that he would send his video. We just received a message from him that he wants to leave the project and focus on his new career.

The more important question is the status of the project. According to our plan, we will release the alpha version of Tokrex in January 2019. We are currently developing a stable alpha version from the prototypes (especially the Distributed Key Generator). We are on schedule. Please watch our project. We have scheduled the ICO for March 2019.
