O.o, the top 100 launchers by rating are all free .... dunno how you managed to get to payed launchers...
I know it free. But you gotta pay extra money in order to use all of it function, like you gotta pay for the premium version
To be honest, when it comes to launcher I didn't use them in a while, but I didn't use them there were some launcher with limitations, but most didn't have the "free to use" format, I used to install different roms and even other OS on my devices before I had PDAs and XDA was a heaven for me, in 2009 I brought the HTC HD2 and in the time I owned this dev classic, I installed everything possible and imaginable on it, Now I rock an HTC One, I don't feel like rooting or tweaking stuff in it, it's elegant, simple and quick
