A little sad update today: I received a message from Chris, who received some cards that had water damage and on some occasions damaged corners.
I will replace any clearly damaged cards (if it's really minor, I will not).
Because I do not want to mess with the limitedness of the cards, please do the following if you received a clearly damaged card (read carefully!):
- Send me a PM with photos of the damages, also showing the # of the card. Then destroy the card (using several cuts with scissors or you can just tear the card apart). It must again be clearly visible which card was destroyed in a photo.
- You will then get a replacement that will be sent within max. 2 weeks (it takes time to re-produce).
You can use imgur.com to easily upload your photos.
I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused. In my opinion letters shouldn't be exposed to water/rain if the post offices did a proper job. Nonetheless I did put them in an envelope that I was told would be almost water proof. Guess it isn't.
For that reason I will improve the packaging, cards will be extra wrapped in plastic now and come with a bigger envelope to minimize risk of edge-damage (thanks for the tips, Chris) .

It was no problem, Kryptowerk. Really. As I said, the cards are absolutely beautiful! (Great job!) Just a bit of random problems during transit. None of it was your fault.
Congratulations on a cool product!
Regards,
Chris
