In addition to what you guys said. I have ask myself this questions a couple of time.
How does this guy (Hhampuz) manage things concern time factors?
Was he an alien?

No never he become an alien but for sure he is ExtraOndinary and not Extraterrestrial lol(joke)

How hours nap does he take in a day?

This is how secretive Hhampuz is,will never reveal if he sleeps (or not 😂✌🏻)

He does deserve a star base on  that and his management  skills with the level of campaign he brought to the forum.

And also he deserve a WALK OF FAME for this.

This is just my opinion only but I think he is the one managing all the campaigns but he is being helped by other members here especially in counting and they will be paid too. Just my opinion

I do everything myself, I wouldn't trust anyone else to count posts in case of mistakes happening.

Hhampuz, I have one suggestion for you. Change your content, social media link report format. Use google forms for that, you can find the latest bounty managed by yahoo62278 where they post every week new report form. I believe it's much easier for you to count participants work and you will save the forum from spam. Also, your bounty threads will be more readable and serviceable.
If we want to fight against spam and shit post, reputable managers must affect it.

I think the above you user makes a good point cause the task report google form seems to make things easier for the bounty manager but it can't stop spamming but asking the participants to make authentication post and using the ETH which added to their BTT profile is enough to stop bounty spamming.

I respect your work though and I will happy to work with you someday.

If you want to have a high-quality campaign with no problems, then all you need is the best CM (campaign manager) possible.

I can vouch for Hhampuz because I was and actually am participating in one of his campaigns.
