DCC Weekly Update — November 30, 2018

DCC Around the World
Blockchain Events in NYC
This week, our team in New York has been busy attending several blockchain-focused events:

On November 27, we joined Cointelegraph(https://cointelegraph.com/) at its private cocktail party. As one of the leading blockchain-focused media outlets in the world, Cointelegraph provides a platform for the blockchain and cryptocurrency community to learn and grow. We had a great evening networking with so many incredible professionals in our industry, and seeing many familiar faces!

The team was quite busy as that evening, we also attended the 2018 Fintech and Blockchain Social Night NYC, hosted by Spark Blockchain Incubator(https://sparkincu.com/), Krypital(https://krypital.com/) Group and GXChain(https://www.gxb.io/en/). This event brought together institutional investors, family offices, hedge funds, asset allocators and service providers to discuss the crypto investment market and predict trends in digital asset management.

On November 28, we met with tech experts and entrepreneurs at USDO Meetup — Money of the Future, an event co-hosted by Bgogo and USDO. We learned about an emerging exchange that reduces the burden of listing fees and is the first to implement the stable coin, USDO.

That same night, we also attended Crypto Briefing Connect, which featured speakers from Wachsman, Bgogo Exchange, Crypto Briefing and Dekrypt Capital. The event focused on the survival of crypto during this bear market from the perspectives of blockchain companies, exchanges and VC firms.

The Stewie Zhu Column

In his CoinRivet column, Cross-border Payments is One of the Hottest Issues in Blockchain Banking(http://bit.ly/SZCoinRivet05), Stewie shared his views on the application of blockchain technology in cross-border payment services. Click here(http://bit.ly/SZCoinRivet05) to learn more about how blockchain technology can replace banks and help improve the existing payment process through increased security and efficiency.

Tech Development
The DCC Platform

We’re developing STO functionality based on the DCC chain. Currently, we’ve connected with several exchanges. Our tech team is constructing the platform to display data for asset management.

Vietnamese users will soon get access to the personal data verification services supported by DCC-based smart contracts.

BitExpress

The new section on BitExpress, Secret Garden, is now going through the verification process together with its mini-program supported by WeChat. Following this final step, the updated app and the mini-program will launch at the same time.

The BitExpress team has started to reconstruct its collateral loan section. The credit loan section is also under development.

Developers are testing BitExpress Vietnam and fixing some issues caused by cross-border data communication.
