Scammer - Rightbtc.com - Can't withdraw money

What happened::
I would like to know that anyone who trades on Rightbtc.com knows that there are account holders who cannot withdraw money more than 20 days even if small amounts. Customer service does not do anything except giving standard answers. If you want to reach the support account in Telegram, has several moderators delete posts that contain complaints, support needs or users are blocked. No matter what channel you reach, you are told to be patient.

No information is given about why the money could not be withdrawn, nor the public announcement.

Could you include some proof in the form of screenshots and edit your post following this format?

I took a look at the site and it seems unclear where exactly the company is located, and whether or not they have a physical location. Furthermore, none of the reviews that I was able to find is positive, and there was even one forum thread that showed their shady behavior in the past: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3142037.10

Delays in withdrawals are quite common in exchanges, but seems like they are also being unresponsive on support which is unacceptable, and also censoring valid concerns on Telegram. If what you said was true, this is certainly not a safe exchange to use.

They are SCAMMERS 100%

i make some profit and try to withdrawal but:

The dont withdrawal anything!
withdrawal always on "Approval is pending on preliminary review"
I was wating for 2 days,wrote to support and email and even in telegram group



it came to email in 2 days

if you make some money they think you have abnormal trading

But sometime later they delete my account at all and now i even cant log in.it says that account doesn exsist and i think my money doesnt exsist now too!!!THEY STOLE IT!

I can confirm that these site is a scam page. When they lock your account you are unable to login to make some screenshots.

I tried to withdrawl 0.5BTC and the next day my account was locked. They reply all emails with the same statement:

Dear customer,

Thank you for reply. Due to system detected that your account existed abnormal transaction. In order to protect your account safety, your account login function was banned. Tech team need to check your account datas and transaction record. Please be patient. Once any update we will mail you. Sorry we cannot provide you an actual time or an estimate time.

This was 2 weeks ago, but nothing happen.

They do not even have an account here and they do not even have an official thread here, this is the first time I read about this exchange although traffic is good until this is resolved we should stop trading here or do not create an account and ask coin developers to not list their coins here.

They are definitely scammers.
I have waited several days for withdrawal to be approved, then messaged the support, and after this they have blocked my account without any reasonable explanation:
