About land: 0.3 acre

Botique hotels is part of the real estate industry. And in my opinion, real estate is one of the best investment there is out there. You can not go wrong in investing into it and so I think there will be people who will be interested to invest into your project and continue the construction.

This happened before near my area, a high rise condiminium stopped construction for several years because of financial problem. And after raising funds from investors, it had it return on investment fast and sold out majority of the units before turnover.

Put the links for reference here, you can't say that you have lands that are for construction of five star hotel, boutique hotel or celebrity hotel. And I know you are trying your luck here why not just pass the project or gather more funds into the same industry companies where you can propose that project and not by asking people here as if everyone will take you seriously here?

Your information in this thread not so clear. How people will interest if not enough info what is the advantages of the investor.
How much investor will get income from revenue? How strategis is the location? And many more.

$150k is an amount you could get from a bank loan with the land as collateral.  Why do you need an investor? Do you even have experience with hotels?

With that first stage construction it wont fit out even 10 rooms and wait that place looks a ghost town.
