The spreadsheet had been reopened Today for bounty hunter to crosscheck before March 2. I think the information might be good here since the bounty thread was locked and manager didnt make any update on the thread.
Due to respect @Arteezy.rtx managed some worst projects i think. I'm participating in several bounty namely London Block Exchange, FST NETWORK i did not get reward even master sheet is not updated and team member did not update token sell progress like BlueNote project.
Not every bounty that a manager runs is going to be successful. Comparing to other managers the success ratio of Arteezy's project is quite high, most of his bounties spreadsheets get updated weekly. Beside that it is your utmost duty to do your own research before joining in a bounty or participating in ICO.
