According to our roadmap, we are going to launch open beta-test on fourth quarter of 2019. And we've scheduled full game release on Q4 of 2020.
Do you mean character customization? Yes, you will be able to customize skin of your character or weapon in many different ways. but we are talking about visual component, not about disbalance of gameplay.
And maximum of players on one map is 25 in each team.
