I've ask them if their VCC's works on vultr(.)com they said yes, also if they dont work the will refund!

After their shitty VCC didnt work

Also he blocked me and delete all the skype messages!

Why i would continue with they deal if they said no refund or dont work on Vultr i hate shitty people like this who's ruin their reputation for fucking for 13 bucks!

PS. tried to use the card in other site, just to find out that they deleted all the messages that's why im posting this!

Look like OP got scam from wrong person according to @Ezzocard. And also OP accusation isn't clear to me. @OP will you try submit your report with correct format? So it will be easy to understand for us and we may help you. However, everyone should make sure before make any deal that you are contacting with right person.  Otherwise there is very high to get scam.

Be careful with Ezzocards! they sold me a completely useless card which does not work anywhere. Will update this in case they response but as far as I can tell, they are a SCAM!
