Windows 10 latest build
5 x MSI RX470 ARMOR 8 GB OC
COLORFUL H81A MOBO
1600w IMAX PSU

I got it immediately after first stock test, i re installed drivers, still got it.
I then modded the BIOS (1500 staps to lower coloms) and i'm still getting it.

All cards run normal for a couple of minutes, before getting BSOD
I'm going to swap the risers now, and see if that helps.

Anybody has an idea whats causing this?

Things to check in such situation are the device driver , get the latest Adrenaline driver first, update the Bios if you haven't already done so and lastly buy some 009s risers the one with the most type of connections and connect them in the most stable way with 6 pins.

Lastly check the Psu if it is a Chinese brand it can be the problem. First time I hear about Imax brand. With Corsair 1300 watt you would be much better.

Things i've done!

DDU and re install latest drivers.
Check for MOBO latest BIOS - Already installed
Swapped all the risers

After i swapped the risers, i had one GPU (hidden in device manger - code 45)
And i tried to do a test with only 4
RESULT Did not get any BSOD

So maybe its a bad gpu .... ?

I'm now doing a freas OS install, and will install GPU one at a time, and i'm going to start with the GPU that was hidden.
So i know right of the bat its a faulty gpu

EDIT: So after trying out the GPU that causes the BSOD, i got immediately it again.

First after starting up rig, my rig freezed up, and had to PSU restart, then second time i got a BSOD - System Service Exception

So i guess i'm fucked and its a faulty GPU, right ?

I triedit another time, swapping risers, placing gpu's differently ...
And got another BSOD, thread issue...
So yup, i thaught it was a faulty gpu

Bu then i tried Clymore instead of Phoenix
And its been running for 15 minutes now, 0.3Mh/s lower then phoenix
But with Phoenix i got the BSOD after 1-2 minutes already

Weird ......

Are all cards bios modded?  I used to get thread exception error often until I learned to keep 1 gpu stock bios.  Apparently, after reloading drivers, ati patcher doesn’t work because amd driver was never loaded unless system sees a working amd card.  By leaving 1 card stock bios, drivers always load and the you can then run patcher and it works.

Your cards are overclocked too much. You have to use other BIOS modifications/timings for GPUs with not such aggressive timings.
