Bricks 4 Bits is a project to develop housing using bitcoin as media of exchange.  We will buy a property in need of renovation, add value through renovation and then resale it for profit using only bitcoin through the entirety of the process.  The initial purchase, all labour and materials and final sale will all be done using only bitcoin.

Bitcoin has growing merchant adoption but needs to penetrate deeper into the economy to really become viable as a fiat replacement.  Help develop increasing adoption of bitcoin and score a profit by helping out.

"Your bitcoin is secured in a way that is physically impossible for others to access, no matter for what reason, no matter how good the excuse, no matter a majority of miners, no matter what." -- Greg Maxwell

In real estate, you make money by the wheelbarrowful, and lose it by the dumptruckful.

It would bode well for you if you were a little more descriptive with regards to how the money is being spent, your experience, comp pools, market data and related things.

So, here's a few simple questions that may help you with regards to your document.

  • Who are you
  • What experience do you have in real estate
  • How much money have you overseen in past projects, and what was the return on them
  • Where are the properties located
  • How strong is the market
  • What kind of real estate team do you have & who are the members, as well as their experience
  • What is your plan of action if the market tanks
  • What assurances do the investors have that the capital doesn't take flight
  • What kind of business entity will this be in
