Do I understand correctly that those who hold their TSF outside the exchange (on my personal wallet) to do nothing? Just wait for the code and software update and recover the wallet from the keystore/JSON file or by the seed phrase?

From today manual swap is active. Send us your address on swap@teslafunds.io and use your funds with old key and password.

Swap is calculated 1:2.5 (1 old TSF = 0.4 new TSF) to stop the inflation. Announcement is coming soon.

I sent the wallet address for swap to the e-mail. I download the latest swap release 1.2.1 for Windows 64bit (https://github.com/teslafunds/go-teslafunds/releases/), but the archive contains only one file gtsf-windows-4.0-AMD64 (extension 0-AMD64). There was a mistake in archiving and I had to add the zip extension manually. Only after that I was able to unzip the second archive (archive in archive) and run the application.

Enter your address on http://tsfswap.xyz/ to see your old balance, then send your address to swap@teslafunds.io (swaps are made 1 or 2 times per day, so be patient) track your new balance on https://tsfexplorer.xyz/ and use your funds with same address, key and password when swap is done.

Before swap blocktime was 90s (should be) and block reward =5tsf. So emisson 86400(1day)/90s*5tsf = 4800 tsf per day

After swap and change code:
Blocktime 30s (should be) and block reward =2tsf. So emisson 86400(1day)/30s*2tsf = 5760 tsf per day

So tell , where is there any hint at reducing inflation? If every day  emision 960 coins more than before!

Another question. now price is 700sat (on a highly dubious exchange), before swap, for example i had 100 tsf and i can sell for 100*700sat = 70 000sat
Now, after wap, i only have 100*0.4 = 40 tsf that can sell for 40*700 = 28000 sat. Did you see difference???

And why you start NEW chain? Where is date of launch new chain? I think it is all very unfair!

2) Is it true, that you not inform miners when you start new chain? (so the new start was unfair)
3) Is it true, that  end date swap not set? (and some may be left without coins)

1) Like I said new code is developers choice, and parameters within code protects coin from inflation, and open way more possibilities for our platform.
    I advise you to contact developers (theres a link on first page) and discuss your concerns further.
2) Announcements were made on all communicating channels.
3) Swap end date might be until 01-04-2019, we will get the response from our community.
