Many of the shitcoins have been filtered out. However, ethereum and litecoin have continued development so all that is needed is patience.
What do you mean by filtered out ? Remove ? Well yes some of them are removed but not totally because until now shit coins are still regaining a dominance over the legit alts . and what you are saying tht etherium and litecoin are only contiuing to develop . what about other altcoins ? There are lots of good alts out there not just eth and ltc and they are also continue to develop .
Prices will return but it might not happen this year
Prices are already returning and i believe that they will continue to increase as the time passes by .
