Selling crypto collectible game service

I have developed a ERC-721 compatible crypto-collectible game service. (Actually, it will be finished in 2 weeks. Now I'm doing some security tests)
And I'd like to sell the ownership of this service to someone who can manage it well.
I want $100,000 or equivalent bitcoin/ethereum.

It's an card collectible that has paintings of world-wide artists  and it has smart contract that will give them a special value.
