No I'd never do it. To keep trust as a casino owner you have to be flawless. If there are any issues that people are complaining about they have to be dealt with immediately because they can ruin your reputation. There's too much competition between casinos for people to let it slide. They will leave and never come back and your competition will blow small mistakes out of proportion.

1- Depends on the reason for the delay. "Our technical aspects are looking into the issue" is not a fuckin accepted answer for the delay. If the website has gone down or a serious hack or DDOs are okay for delayed payments but using the generic bullshit to make up for the lazy management isn't.

2 - I would avoid all the casinos that made a user wait for more than a week to give a resolution on his issues for the delayed payments. Also, cancelling withdraw is something an idiot will buy not someone who cares about their money.

There are so many online casinos but not all of them are legit so I think there are still few guys still wanna gamble on trusted online casino that they know although it's not an instant withdraws casino. To be honest, it depends on the volume of the withdrawal. If the big rollers that the website is used to are making huge money then it ensures the gambling is legit but if a new account who makes 1 BTC by depositing 0.10 within a day needs a manual check to make sure that the user is playing with legit means and not hacking the site. If the case later then delays are okay but delaying payments of the players who are with your site for months is not acceptable.

Cancelling withdraw for "whatever" reason must be one of the "masked" way of scamming. We should not support them. Fortunately I did not get into any such gambling houses but really got such experiences with few Forex brokers. I stopped using them eventually after the very first bitter experience. Making money itself very hard one and then bypassing those scammy people is another big headaches. We must ignore them so that they will realize their mistakes when their business model gets collapsed.

But, I believe there will be no problem to continue with a house which is having concrete set of norms like "your withdrawal will be process after 24 hrs or 48 hrs or only between 17.00 to 22.00 hrs of GMT" like anything similar to that. Making stupid decision for each player must not be tolerated and those houses should be avoided.

I agree with you, but I don't think that many of us which want to deposit and withdrawal in that site. And for withdrawal, we know that it needs time to complete the transaction, but it doesn't need to get delayed until a few days. I don't like to wait for a longer and more than two days, and I guess that you don't want too, right? I am sure that we can find many of gambling site that can process the withdrawal in less than one days or even in less than twelve hours.

What I noticed is that, when you are still newly playing with the online casino and you will going to withdraw a big amount of coins right away, they tend to hold it for a while to check if there were some issues and is their system like bonuses are taking advantage and the like.

I think the delay is just for security purposes and they will eventually send you the coins after the investigation.

I agree with you, but I don't think that many of us which want to deposit and withdrawal in that site. And for withdrawal, we know that it needs time to complete the transaction, but it doesn't need to get delayed until a few days. I don't like to wait for a longer and more than two days, and I guess that you don't want too, right? We also have may gambling sites which process the withdraw at instant rate with little bit higher fee those sites will be considered as more trust worthy and some other sites as you said they are confirming the transactions by batch so it takes time and time takes will be differ from transaction to transaction.

Of course it doesn't make sense to play at casinos where payment are delays. We play online because we love to be paid on time and be somewhat anonymous so if a casino would sort of delay so make you stay with them then I will just wait for my withdrawals even if it's delayed and then not go back again. If they have good reason for the delay i will use that but for so long like one week i think that's not acceptable then i prepare 1 to 2 days process only because transaction here in crypto is very fast only then the price is very volatile so what if we experience big drops in that time after we withdraw still better to use casino with instant transaction then more better to use stable currency

If the delay is just for any special case, suspicious behaviour, and the other transactions will be treated normally then why not. And if the delay is for every transactions, for sure I won't use such sites. Delays in a relatively long period of time will give us a stress. And yes, the price volatility is one of the reason.

Its just a matter of fund management or you do know on how to spend according with your income.I cant see a valid reason for making gambling as a main source of income

Not all gambler likes using cryptocurrency because of it's volatility and others prefer to receive fiat so they use another method to withdraw like bank transfer which can take several days.  It's not for everyone but when you have no other choice and it's the only method that works for you there's no reason to stop using it.

In a Bitcoin casino having a delay in payments for more than a week isn't normal and any casino can include it in their t&c if they want to. The longest one i've experienced was less than 48 hours because of a maintenance.

Nobody wants to wait days for their BTC when they request a withdraw. The only sites that do these huge delays are usually the exchanges which require KYC approval first or sites like Safe Dice where the admin is busy with the wife and kids and can't be bothered to fix his XMR and BCH daemons or refill the hot wallet.

Instant or near instant withdraws are important because if you keep delaying all the withdraws most gamblers will just use your competition which is abundant right now in the casino crypto community.

The only site in my opinion which has slow withdraws is Bitmex, because they need to take out of cold storage and they manually need to process the withdraw. However they haven't had any issues with most users so people still keep using it because there is no other liquid derivative market out there.
