Stellar is something that i look for now. Since it is on top 10 coinmarketcap coin (when i post this, i see Stellar is on number 10), i think there are a lot of possibility that Stellar / Lumens to increased in future and worth to invest.
Comparing Stellar with Ripple, the former is much more decentralized and widely supported by its community than the latter. Stellar has a higher chance of survival within the future because of this. Given that it's based on the same technology as Ripple, it can easily become widely adopted by the mainstream world since it's cheaper than XRP and extremely active in development. The Stellar team has announced that they will adopt the Lightning Network for the cryptocurrency. This will be a game changer, since Stellar is already one of the fastest cryptocurrencies in existence today. Giving it additional capacity with the Lightning Network, will make transactions blazing fast and dirt cheap. That's something that Ripple hasn't considered yet, which I believe that Stellar will be in the lead within a couple of years from now. As such, Stellar could be an altcoin worth buying right now, especially when prices are still low within the crypto market. Other altcoins such as Ethereum and Monero, are great to buy also, because they're highly popular and actively developed over time. The next bull market will become the most exciting one yet, resulting in many altcoins reaching never-before-seen ATHs. Nonetheless, by investing into key cryptocurrencies, you'll be able to make more money than you've ever imagined. But, it's up to you to do your own research in order to determine which altcoin is best from another. Just my opinion  |

I always said that is is surely the time to buy altcoins. Altcoins is gonna be rise up like the past years so it is gonna be profitable to invest now. Also my number one choice is ethereum.
Ethereum is the best choice for alts by most of the altcoiners.
It's 2nd to the total crypto market rankings and although the ICO market seems to be dry off but ethereum has been remaining to be at the top. |

I say YES for quality ALTs with working teams and good vision. I think Cardano, Stellar are a couple of good ones!

I guess not. In my opinion, all of the whales are pouring their investments at bitcoin and ethereum. Many alts are experiencing a downfall. Look at BNB, it goes down because many whales are turning their heads at ethereum. Well, I am not a buyer of BNB. That is just my friend's news to me. I bought ethereum and ripple. Because they will increase soon. |

That's certainly true, mate. However, we cannot base ourselves only on market cap when investing into altcoins. This is because, most altcoins have a high market cap only because of their current pricing + number of coins in circulation. Which is why, it's best to look for actively developed altcoins with a promising future. Ethereum being the second largest cryptocurrency by market cap, is also an actively developed and maintained cryptocurrency by the community. Other altcoins may be cheaper, but they're not as prominent as Ethereum is. Doing your own research should be more than enough to determine which altcoins are well-worth your investment. Considering that we're still in a bear market (as prices haven't increased exponentially like 2017), it's the perfect time to buy altcoins at discounted prices. Still though, this opportunity may not last any longer as prices across the market have been rising at a slow and steady rate. If you keep on waiting, prices might hit the moon before you know it. Hence, it's best to accumulate whenever prices are in decadence to preserve big profits for the future. Just my opinion |

Indeed we should be smarter to choose a good asset and take advantage for the great potential alts now. Binance is one of the best example for that, so as the other alts who has promising back tracks. Don't waste time and buy those alts whom you think you'd benefit in the long run. |

Maybe, but it will not be so crazy as in 2017. It is a good thing, and if you have some good coins sure you will get profit always, some coins I hold now;

You can buy eth at highs because the value can still grow in the future . this is the best time to buy alts because alts ( most of them ) are still down . |

One can try to buys Alts now as it is still a fair low margin. People are speculating the BTC to be at 50k by 1st quarter of 2020 , so seeing the peice of alts now i think it is time to react.

I am now taking credit money to invest in altcoins. I think this is the best opportunity to buy coins.  Please don't take money you don't have to speculate with Altcoins. Not the best idea ... Not that we're reading this next: "I am considerably indebted because I bought Altcoins on credit." |

Everyone will want it to be able to buy what they want on this earth. The beauty lies in the fact that if you wait until the market loses its value and price again, you can miss a lot of good chances to make a profit. I think it is still a good time to buy altcoins actually, because the market is green nowadays and the prices are expected to increase highly in the near future.
Personally, I bought some good coins from a long time and I still holding them until the prices reach a good level.

The market has just reset and now recovering back all of those losses that everyone has made since 2018. It's not my choice if they would like to wait until it goes down to the lowest that they wanted. |
