I try to get in touch with the people responsible for communication in this project. In this situation, they probably do not cooperate with Bitwin anymore, but maybe they will be able to tell what happened or help contact with developers.
I'm subscribed to their telegram channel. There was no action from the team or administrator for a long time. Only information from scammers and spammers.

I left the telegram group a long time ago. It is true that there are only scammers and spammers in the group, there is no longer any clarity. It's better to move on than to hope for the uncertainty.
Is that mean if this has already exit scam project? When there was an ico that is not active again in the telegram group and it has a huge chance to be a scam project

Analyze what has been done recently, then you will understand whether this is a scam project or not.

Yes, right. I have done an analysis to find out which projects have been dead or scammed, most of them have been inactive for months without announcements. Then their telegram group is made into a den of other project promotion spam or even to spread referral links, very ironic.

There is no denying that the situation looks bad or even terrible, but others are right, that spending so much money on a project and close it, would be a huge nonsense. It is possible that with such a large project they really need to discuss with investor contracts very thoroughly. Especially that, if I remember correctly, there was information somewhere that it was to be an institutional investor. In cases like this it always takes a lot of time. I think it's worth waiting before we start to say aloud that it's a scam.
