This is time to buy any top 10 altcoin and invest in multiple coins because in June 2019 , it may be bull run and before bull run you should buy some altcoins.

That's right because the top coin is still cheap and it's our chance to get coins like bitcoin and ethereum at low prices. so to get a big profit later it's easy because these two coins will definitely experience a good and big price increase

Even these price are not affordable for everyone and it will never be. All have different opinions on what these coins should cost and also some are alerted because of all the events during the last year. They maybe waiting for a good moment to get out and thereby create downward pressure on the price.

I think a passive buy and hold strategy is the best option.
