there are 50 correct answers, 5 of which have been identified, therefore this guessing game is only 10% complete after 36 days. at this rate, it will take ~324 days to complete the remaining 90%.. but I would expect the rate of completion to speed up, because as wrong answers accumulate, the remaining set of possible numbers to pick from decreases, meaning there will be more correct answers, relative to the total number of all remaining possible answers. it's sort of like shooting fish in a shrinking barrel... but to be honest, I'm totally stoned and did this in my head.. so I could be wayyyy off.

but assuming I'm close... it's probably gonna take another 250-300 days to nail down the final 90%.. right? I'm in over my head on this one... any mathematical minds care to chime in?
