I agree with you, partially, that one of the biggest problems of PoW and PoS is that usually all mining power is concentrated in the hands of a few oligarchs. We know for example that 70% of all BTC mining power is located in China. On the other hand, PoS although not having the energy consumption of PoW presents the same issue, big players will control the majority of the stack. Nonetheless so far nobody has been able to come with any consensus safer than PoW. What is exactly Proof of Credit and how it works? How would you solve the scalability issue always present in any truly decentralized network? We know that currently scalability if the jewel of the crown and whoever solves that problem would create a revolution in crypto. Nonetheless I do agree that we need a less plutocratic system for mining. I would love to know the details about this consensus.

PoW is invented to prevent sybil attack. So is PoC.  Bitcoin use computing power to make sure a node of a distributed system is a *true* node instead of a script. e^2 chain use credit to make sure the mining node is not a script. And where the credit comes from? It comes from Deeper's sharing network. Just like our real life, if you provide a service and pay for a service, you can earn the credit. This is the basic concept of PoC, it is as simple as PoW.
 e^2 chain will implement  sharding to resolve scalability issue. Sharding is right way to go and it is not a new concept in computing science. It is doable obviously, what we need is a good implementation. Deeper team is very good at implementation. AtomOS is much harder than sharding, we can write the best network OS and we can make sharding work on e^2 chain for sure.
