Indeed, most people hope 2019 will be a good year for cryptocurrency market. After lossing more than 80% on market cap value, i am believe cryptomarket start to recover again. Next year many good news coming to market and i am believe if bitcoin traded on ETF or nasdaq, crypto will recover and reach highest market cap again

Yes these both are the factors which will enable the price of Bitcoin to reach to its highest value which is $20000. Besides these both we also know that ICE will start Bitcoin future on 24th January which is confirmed and which will increase the price to another ATH price.

Many of us are holding because about 30 to 35% of the current holders, buy bitcoin above  $10,0000. I have made up my mind not to sell my holding or saving below $10,000.
My friend who happens to be a new investors buy bitcoin in January this year around $16500 and he is still holding and that give me confidence that bitcoin is going to increase and pass the last year December high!
 Cryptocurrencies market is going to pick up and those that are able to hold now are going to make huge profits next year.  I believe your patience is going to pay off by next year or 2020.

I don't think the bears are finished yet, when 2017 bitcoin experienced a bull before the end of the year and after that bitcoin experienced a very long bear market, I think this time we will experience the same thing as yesterday the bear market will come back in early 2019.

Yes, we are all hoping for a bull to come again and we should be more patient because in the right time the big bull will come. We have loss a lot of money in this bear market, I personally still believe on cryptomarket and I know the future will still a big thing for this kind of technology.

Everyone should have an investment in bitcoin or in cryptocurrency to realize that when they intend to invest they shouldn't see it in terms of price, they must look at it from the potential side. So that when prices drop dramatically (which has become a characteristic of cryptocurrency prices) they are still a lot of hope and trust because the cryptocurrency potential is not up to this day, there are still next year and the following year. I guess it is a trust that every investor must have, maybe when they already know this, there will be no thread in this forum that views negative cryptocurrency.

As far as I can see what is happening now in the market, I could say that the market was recovering little by little.
Which I think was a good sign to all crypto and bitcoin enthusiast. Though still majority of the altcoins was remain declined in the market,
but of course still good to hold in a long term.

Everybody is hoping that 2019 will never be the same as 2018...but one thing for sure is that 2019 will not also be the same as that of 2017 where the bull run for the cryptocurrency market took place to the delight of everybody and to the excitement even of people who were just looking in. We are all hoping that come 2019 there will some growth in the market and some stability can be achieved as well. Maybe a little bull run can happen if ETF can be approved by SEC but then things will always boil down to the demand side of the market.

I think if an ETF will be approved by the SEC we can see even greater bull run than that of 2017. Most potential users/investors are hesitant exactly because no ETF has been approved yet. Right now Bitcoin is used by several millions of those who can research by themselves and see that this is a very promising technology, but if an ETF will be approved those people who can't make decisions on their own, but rely on the SEC, will surely start investing in BTC, and there are dozens of millions of such people, to say the least.

with the price now far below the price of ico, I think it is less effective if we sell it. so we need to hope in 2019, hopefully prices will return to normal and we will smile to sell them

I think there are still many opportunities to get profits for people who choose the long term investment. Just looking at the history of the price movement of bitcoin is not separated from the dump that is too deep, but after that prices slowly rose again and even found a new ATH in 2017. Might is hard to believe, but history always repeats itself. Only patience will provide benefits, for people who give up maybe they won't get a second chance.

I can only hope that next year will be different than this year and that cryptocurrency market will be more positive on 2019. Skilled traders can make profits even on bearish market not all coins are going down while long term investors need to wait more month before they gain profits. Bull market take time to appear again because of frequent price corrections  and accumulation along with possibleprice manipulations by the whale.

The bear market is stilk occurring in this current year, we cannot ensure if the bull run will begin in next year but one thing is sure,  the cryptocurrency market will have a bright futurr so we should keep patronizing it.
