Looking to buy $30-50 USD in BTC using PayPal. Using Preev Rate.

Please see reputation thread and/or trust for some proof of trustworthiness.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to provide better verification.

I'm willing to use Escrow (will be discussed ahead of time).

I can do this and agree escrow is a very good idea to protect me.  We will agree to an escrow agent and you can send him (or her) the PayPal dollars.  After the 180 day waiting period to insure you won't charge back then I will send you the BTC.
