Saw this on reddit awhile back.

Lists all ATI models and you can sort on which statistic is the most important.

There is a great wiki article on what cards/cpus can generate in Mhash/s. All you need to do is google bitcoin mining gpu and it will be on the top of the list. It lists the prices in $/Mhash and even J/Mhash. From there you should be able to calculate cost/performance of any rig you would like to build. The number of possibly combinations would be too great to list and are dependent on local energy prices. To be honest if I wasnt in an apartment and had to pay for my electricity I probably wouldnt be mining. That being said my landlords charge enough and can suck it lol.
