Additional Notes: This bounty manager taking stakes for almost all campaign. For example https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4542133.0 project on facebook campaign he took 3000 stakes,For twitter: 3000 stakes,For signature 1500 stakes and for blog 5 stakes. Though s/he has not taken any part of those campaign. I asked about it on telegram but s/he told it is for bounty management. Though I have not seen on their bounty that manager will take stakes. When I asked about it s/he stopped responding. Which you can see on PM chat log. This case is quite strange and needs more investigation.
The management for a bounty is not for free (even some managers are so bad and works only 2-3 days for the whole duration of the campaign), now we need to know if the manager is taking others "money" from the ICOs or he is taking "only" those tokens for the payment.
It could just be a case where the manager takes the pay as per contract on the bounty stakes or a case where the manager is abusing his position.
