Yes it seems this is the right time to buy ethereum.  The price is extremely low and to reduce risk one always need to buy low and sell high.  Trading is a very serious game and the position you buy really matter.  Now ethereum and others cryptocurrencies are recovering and we have seen a move from $80 to around $115 in just two days.  However,  we should still invest with what we can afford to lose as this market is highly unpredictable.

I'm not really sure where you looking at because in the 10 months or so, Ethereum has fallen from its all-time-high of more than $1K to $90 a pop so that's about 90% drop. Obviously if you're looking at the long term, ETH is a good buy, just like any other coins in the top 10. We may have seen the bottom already of ETH so the next logical move is for the price to go up. But you need to have a lot mental toughness here, to say the least.
