Look Monero is a fork as well, it doesn't matter where these guys come from as long they create good tech, as far as I know they're not from Russia, but even if they were, they proved their expertise and character by finding that critical bug in Monero which they reported promptly, and by creating first cryptonote POS coin, first CN POS pool, now doing first CN privacy tokens, then privacy non-ERC20 DEX, and don't forget privacy stablecoins as well.

They are innovators. And they've done all of that without a single dollar from anyone. They want to create a niche position for their evolving tech and I wish them the best of luck. They really deserve it.

It is unfortunate that people like you just judge the project based on its name, Dev's country of origin, or because of its forked from some other project, without even knowing what team has worked or working on.
Let me correct a few of your perceptions about the CUTCOIN project.
1. Most of the projects excepting Bitcoin have stared either by forking or following some other crypto projects, and your Monero is not an exemption (After all it is forked from Bytecoin).
2. The country (Russia) of people behind the Cutcoin project, It doesn't matter as long as the team working behind any project is delivering what it has promised and the Cutcoin team has stayed to all development it
    has promised. Let me clear you, for the sure the team is not only from Russia.
3. Tell me a few things,
    Does Monero has a Proof-of-stake protocol implemented?
    Does Monero has a Token system which can be deployed on its chain?
    Does Monero have the same block generation mechanism as CUtcoin?
    If you get Yes answer for any of those questions, then the only judge and compare Cutcoin with Monero. Infect feel free to tell any of Monero dev to review or check the Cutcoin code.
4. Again for your information, the Monero team and community should be glad for Cutcoin team honesty.
    If the Cutcoin team was here only for monetary gain, they would have exploited Monero exchange bug and put your Monero project in deep shit now.
    By exploiting that bug Cutcoin team could have been left with Millions $$ in their pocket, and I am sure you couldn't do anything.
