Maybe I don’t understand something in your business plan, but it seems to me that if you want to shorten bitcoin or the entire cryptocurrency market, you can go to bitmax and trade with the leverage until you get tired.

Yes there are some ways to short bitcoin. The idea is to provide the easiest one. On any exchange even decentralized ones. No margin call liquidations.

Some words from SEC/RULES ? SEC rules are the same for everybody. Ok, thank you for pointing to this, we should probably review the document. And we will do this. We appreciate any feedback as I've said before.
But I bet you'll find plagiarism in the next version too. There's a lot of financial operations and instruments definitions all over the document. It's almost impossible to express them in your own words and not to be accused with plagiarism.
