The thing is, these increases are so small in absolute terms - they just look big because the percentage is high, but it's starting from such a low position that that's not really too relevant. I'm not saying that profit can't be made by playing the market, of course it can - it's just that the increases are actually very small compared with what has gone before.

This is really a good time to invest in altcoin that has been sideway for a long time. We should invest in altcoins like ICX, CS or EOS. It has not had too many signs of growth over the years and I believe 2019 will be the year that it will pump.

Only time can tell if this is a bull run or not but nothing to worry about because for sure we are heading to that kind of trend. The next bull run will happen soon, but its hard to tell that the recent pump is a bull since bitcoin is dump again. Maybe this is a normal bounce after the fall, the best price for bitcoin is yet to come we still have the chance to witness that in the future.

I haven't seen a pump time as of yet, of course we have seen some spike, but this is not the pump time that we all have been waiting for. I guess everyone should call 2018 a goodbye, it brought has head aches because everyone has suffered a lot.

And the only thing we can cling for next year is "Hope". We hope that the pattern will change and we will eventually see the bull run. We are tired of this year, bearish sentiments, we need something that will bring back the confidence of the investors again.

A lot of people said we must take advantage from this hardfork, actually i not really know what will happen but i follow it. ETH price still good and like bitcoin, it can increased anytime and pumped.

The probabilities the movement we are seeing becomes a bull run are low, if we are lucky this is going to be a correction that will bring a more realistic price for cryptocurrencies, however there is a possibility that nothing will come out of it so those that are thinking about investing in the market should think very carefully about what they will do if one of those is scenarios becomes a reality.

But like you said, it's better to see a steady increase, but I think it's not the nature of the market, even if you look at the graph.
What I like to witness this year is those what happen in the profitable years of bitcoin, regardless on how the graph will move, what's important is we will experience a new bull run, so when we were not able to sell during the last pump, we can make it right this time.
