My lending service is open yet again! Please read below carefully as the terms have changed!

Terms:
0. Bitcointalk Accounts (or any other accounts) are not valid collateral!
1. Collateral is mandatory for loan approval.
2. Providing collateral does not guarantee you a loan approval. Loan approval will solely be at my discretion.
3. The Altcoins/Tokens must be among the top 100 on CoinMarketCap.
4. The Altcoins/Tokens provided must be tradable on any of the large exchanges.
5. If the provided collateral falls below the 110% mark, the borrower should provide additional collateral or partially repay to keep the loan at safe value.
6. In case the collateral falls below the 105% mark, I reserve the right to sell the collateral to stop loss. Any excess amount obtained will be returned to the borrower after adjusting the principal & interest.
7. The amount you loan and thus owe me is in Bitcoin (BTC), and is regardless of its market price.
8. Miners fee when sent will be paid by me, and the miners fee for the repayment transaction is paid by the borrower. Any transaction fees that occur from moving the collateral will be paid by the borrower.
9. If you cannot repay on time, contact me with an extension request. Needless to mention, extension approval is not guaranteed!
10. I reserve the right to amend these terms at any time and without any prior notice. Existing loans will not be affected by these changes.
11. By applying for a loan, you AGREE to the above terms.


Interest:
The interest rate varies based on the loan size, and loan length. The minimum interest is 2 mBTC (0.002BTC).

I do not quite get your question but I'll try to answer from what I understand.

1. I do offer altcoin loans. If you offer 120% collateral (in LTC) for some value of BTC you lend, I can provide the loan.
2. Usually a loan for gambling is something I'd steer clear of, but I can lend you provided you offer me 130% collateral (in LTC).
3. You can at anytime ask me to liquidate the funds.
4. All other loan terms are the same, except as stated in point 2, the collateral amount will be 130%.
