[HIRING] Get me leads (Pay + $100(AND UP) comission)

Don't know if there's anyone on here that can offer what I'm looking for but it's worth a shot...

So essentially I'm looking for clients to offer my copywriting services too. Preferably email marketing related, but I can also do product page and content. I would like to stay within these niches:

• Travel
• Photography
• Personal Brands (IG influencers, Youtubers, etc.)
• Cryptocurrency
• Fitness/Suplements

And since I don't want a bunch of low quality leads scraped with a bot, most of the money will be paid on the backend like so:

1. I will pay anywhere from $1-$5 per lead upfront (If you send 25, and I only choose 5, I will pay $5-$25).
2. I will pay $100 if the lead closes into a trial offer, and $250 if it closes in a monthly retainer.

Are you using any tracker if we get any leads from our traffic how do you know if the leads comes from my website?
Or you are giving a unique link where you can monitor our traffic history and leads? If ever you answer is yes how do we know if we are getting leads?

Can you also put a sample of offer just want to know because I am planning to promote one of your offer if it is allowed to promote here in my country.

Guess it's not leads like that - rather referrals?

If you look at the regular message, I'm not looking for quantity. If you're reeling in a ton of referrals and requires a tracker, let's work something out than.
