Just a small warning to all current and potential users of p2pb2b exchange.

On 01st of July 2019 I've tried to log in into my p2pb2b account and got this error: "Your account has been blocked, please contact support".

I've emailed to support and got this answer:
Quote
Dear customer!
Please be informed that we are carrying out the investigation based on your report.
But in order to take further legal actions (including reporting to law enforcements) we kindly ask you to make your report in conformity with our fraud reporting procedure.
In accordance to section XV of P2PB2B’s Terms of Use Agreement “User has to report fraud, related to certain operation(s)/asset(s)/account(s) to the P2PB2B’s legal department legal@partida.io. Fraud report has to be made from the User’s email bound with his verified account to authenticate User's identity”.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to make the request from email, bound with your account, verified on p2pb2b.io to email legal@partida.io. Please, explain all the circumstances known to you.
Please accept our apologises for possible inconveniences as you have already submitted the report to us via other channels. But we ask to make formal request as mentioned above.
We appreciate your understanding!

I've emailed to legal@partida.io and asked the reason of block - no answer.

I've messaged several times to support@p2pb2b.io and received identical messages like:

Your account was currently blocked for the security. Soon we will contact you by your email. Please wait!

Today is 16th of July, my account is still blocked, and still no meaningful answer from support.

Thank you for posting your issue here.

I see they have made no effort to reply to you even though your account has been blocked since 1st July 2019 and today is 17th July 2019.

They answered my query very fast when I asked about their connection to Coinsbit... but I am remain unconvinced about Coinsbit and P2PB2B.

They are separate entities because in legal terms their ownership is in different hands but I think the connection between them is very deep. Both are inflating their volumes in order to show activity to attract investors. Both have just recently started to become highly active on the forum to drum up interest and generate fake buzz. Both are trying to get in on the IEO trend.... The list goes on.....

Will they reply to you? Let us see what they post.

Beware of so-called b2bp2p scam exchange.

https://p2pb2b.io

They will steal your money.

Today I decide to give a try to this service. After the registration I tried to deposit some money and found that there's minimum amount requirement.

Ok, the minimum is 50 Sem so I transfer exactly 50 Sem to the address provided by b2bp2p.

PROOF:https://semux.info/explorer/transaction/0x37e0c528d34d9017691bd86805615a06cee533fd846337fe8dc07200a049effa

Now see what scammers do. They get exactly 50 sem, to the address provided than transfer the funds to their so-called inner wallet and voila your 50 sem become 49,995 which is below their minimum.

Hello, vejonkaren.

You should be more attentive next time, going through the proof you can find information about transaction fee, as you see it isn't commission from our side:

And what the fraudsters say:

All transactions which were less than the minimum deposit amount will be lost.

In other words they deduct their own fee, take it, than steal the remain balance.

Hope this screenshot will make this question clear:

Wish you all the best.

Cheers.

Hello.

Could you please make official statement here regarding the matter of blocking accounts without any explanations? It will be useful for your future users.

I've already called your office several times, and operator just told me "Please wait, we will reply to you by email".

And still no reply.

Looks like an easy way for exchange to get extra "profit" from users - my account was holding about 0.15 BTC at the moment of blocking.

Please open a scam accusation in the right section with proof, and i'll *probably* tag p2pb2p, or perhaps you could even open a flag against them.

P2PB2B are russian scammers.
Enough said.

Are you sure you didn't send <50 SEM?

Although- https://semux.info/explorer/account/0x3ced649fbbce02397bdc7edfaf87bc12ac6eafa4 this does look like it received 50 Sem.... This block explorer is a bit confusing, or perhaps i'm retarded.

This is the blockchain.
You can't hide the truth.

P2PB2B generated my deposit address as 0x3ced649fbbce02397bdc7edfaf87bc12ac6eafa4

Go check the records:

https://semux.info/explorer/account/0x3ced649fbbce02397bdc7edfaf87bc12ac6eafa4

12:42:06, 17 Jul 2019 0x3ced649fbbce02397bdc7edfaf87bc12ac6eafa4 50 SEM arrived.

a minute later at 12:43:02, 17 Jul 2019 scammers took my money from my deposit and sent 'em to unknown address 0x0bf9e08ec7f34fd2f9b503a132915b1880cba7f7

Voila! No money in my wallet. Where they're? On the unknown account.

Did my deposit address got 50 sem? YES
Did I asked to play with my money to send 'em between wallets? NO
Was I warned that scammers gonna play with my money thus they need more sem to pay the fee for their games? NO
Have I lost my entire deposit according to scammers' logic. YES
Should I label P2PB2B as scammers? The answer is obvious.

It seems the Coinsbit and P2PB2B scammers are being slowly but surely exposed while they selective scam investors.

Maybe the Coinsbit and P2PB2B scammers will try to selective scam some users periodically but then will completely clean out their reserves when they implement their exit scam strategy

Did my deposit address got 50 sem? YES
NO, you send us 49.995 SEM

Did I asked to play with my money to send 'em between wallets? NO

It's only your mistake that you sent not correct sum. that's why your funds stuck at node

Have I lost my entire deposit according to scammers' logic. YES

It's only your inattention too.

Please be more attentive next time to avoid misunderstandings. We will make refund 49.995 SEM for the first time

What is your connection to Coinsbit?

Hello, JollyGood.
Hope you are doing great as well!

We have no connection with coinsbit.
If you have any other questions feel free to reach out to me anytime. Would be happy to help.

Thank you for the reply.

I am highly skeptical about P2PB2B so look forward to your reply because I do have some questions. Could you kindly please explain the following:

1) Why you and Coinsbit are using the same template exchange which now has a few cosmetic differences but a couple of months ago it was identical with the exception of the CSS color stylesheet?

2) Why both Coinsbit and P2PB2B were using the same identical Cloudflare nameservers up until I pointed out on the Coinsbit thread that the two exchanges were connected? After that they changed

3) Both are registered in Estonia (which has a population of 1.3 million) and both registered in the capital city Tallinn (which has a population of just 430,000) and it being a small world, could you explain if P2PB2B owner Valerii Solodovnky knows the Coinsbit team?
Nice to meet you again  Smiley

According to your questions:

1. At very-very early stages both exchanges were developed by one dev team - so the initial conception and solutions maybe quite similar. But it was long ago. Further (after initial), development of platforms was separate - at a moment we are absolutely independent projects with different teams and developers and without any affiliation.

2. The same as with the 1-st question.

3. Estonia is one of the few EU jurisdictions with cryptocurrency regulation - transparent. predictable, stable. And it is very usual choice for cryptocurrency exchanges. So it is not because we chose Estonia but actually because Estonia chose us.

It seems the Coinsbit and P2PB2B scammers are being slowly but surely exposed while they selective scam investors.

Maybe the Coinsbit and P2PB2B scammers will try to selective scam some users periodically but then will completely clean out their reserves when they implement their exit scam strategy

Hello, JollyGood, could you stop to connect coinsbit with p2pb2b, please. They are different projects at all with no connection between each other.

p2pb2b.io is free of scam

Sorry I will not disassociate Coinsbit from P2PB2B because of what I mentioned in the past.

I do not accept your explanation of sharing a developer in "the early stages" because updates have been made recently to both websites that are identical

Even if it were true, the fact that PARTIDA TECHNOLOGIES LLP is using an address-for-hire in London to show they have a HEADQUARTERS in UK/London office and team is highly misleading.

PARTIDA TECHNOLOGIES LLP 3rd Floor, 120 Baker Street, London, England, W1U 6TU is deliberately lying to impress investors because 801 other "companies" pay 40/50 EUR a year to use the same address just to receive mail: https://suite.endole.co.uk/explorer/postcode/w1u-6tu

The fact they inflate their trading volumes shows they cannot be trusted. They do this at the same time as Coinsbit do the same thing.

Then that PARTIDA TECHNOLOGIES LLP is actually owned by CODDAN NOMINEE ADMINISTRATOR LTD which is registered in the Seychelles and also owned by PARTIDA LTD which is registered in Belize.

P2PB2B has SCAM written all over it. Sure, it might run for a few months or a few years without giving much trouble to its "users" but when they implement their exit strategy they will no doubt run off with millions.

Until or unless strong evidence is shown, I will continue to state Coinsbit and P2PB2B are operated by the same scammers.

Thank you for your excellent post.

It seems Coinsbit and P2PB2B scammers used Estonia just to get in to the "EU" to show credibility by using an EU address.

They P2PB2B falsely shows a London headquarter office but that address is a mailing address that 801 other companies pay 40/50 EUR a year to show the same lie.

They want to show people they have a headquarters in London when it is a complete lie  Roll Eyes

Valerii Solodovnyk (a Ukrainian national) is the sole board member on the Estonian company (called PARTIDA SERVICES OÜ) that owns P2PB2B

Why did Valerii Solodovnyk choose Estonia rather than Ukraine for this scam?

Why did Valerii Solodovnyk choose Estonia rather than Ukraine for this scam?
That could be quite easily explained: Better crypto regulation, lower taxes, less interference from goverment, better business climate. (Not sure if you've noticed but there's kind of a civil war going on in the Ukraine.)

Not defending P2PB2B, but this isn't necessarily a red flag.

Not defending P2PB2B, but this isn't necessarily a red flag.

Sure you are right it is not necessarily a red flag but the intricate web of layer upon layer of off-shore ownership in Belize and Seychelles and actively hiding that fact - while claiming it is owned by a London based company with a headquarter office when it is a mailing address that 801 other companies use for the same purpose? That might not also be a red flag

Add to that when pressed for answer P2PB2B claim to have shared the same development team in the "early stages" but claim P2PB2B are not affiliated in any way to Coinsbit. Having said that, both made identical very recent changes to their respective websites yet claim not to use the same developers.

They shared the same nameservers pointing to the same place and only changed them after I pointed out in the Coinsbit thread they were linked.

Individually they might not be raising red flags but when all put together, for me they raise a lot of concern at the very least and red flags at the most.

I read the explanation P2PB2B offered to disassociate themselves from Coinsbit but I do not buy it at all. It seems a classic scam where they left a trail behind and are now trying to show are not linked.

It is your right to associate us with whatever you desire including killing Kennedy. We understand that conspiracy theories are the effective way to pump your account.
We will not refute your comments related to recent updates identical to Coinsbit for one simple reason - it is part of obvious manipulation.
Even if being true your assumption (identical updates on different exchanges) doesn't mean scam intentions - at least for prudent people.
If you accuse somebody in scam intentions groundless (or with grounds like because the sky is blue) please remember - everyone judges people according to how they see themselves.
You let everyone know that you're manipulator and the chief source of fud but it isn't really a problem for anonymous, right?
