lets say you make a paper wallet and mine to the address and eventually have a lot of coins. What you would do to access those coins (i.e. move them) is import the paper wallet seed or keys into a wallet such as zedwallet. Then you need to either sync locally or use a remote node to gather the blockchain information. Then your wallet can use that info to check for the transactions you have received. Once all your transactions show up and the wallet is synced you can send wherever you please
