why does topic say member-hero accepted when there are no opening for member ?

Before putting application , best to check the recent post of the manager indicating which ranks are still available for the following week.

Because it's not common to change the topic title every time there is a new open spot or when the spot is filled in a campaign, except for generic statuses [OPEN / CFNP / CLOSED].

well i think it would be courteous for members of the forum who want to apply, to accurately show in the title what positions are actually open

Rather then expecting them to go through last ~50 comments to see a comment by the campaign manager indicating which rank is actually open

Furthermore it would lead to only the required ranks applying, and decreasing the 'work' of the manager as well, not having to go through the 'invalid' applications from 'not required' ranks

just my 2c


edit: obviously i am new to all this, and have never been in one campaign. I do not mean to offend anyone, if this is how things are done here thats okay.

I'm sorry, but I don't see it that way. If members are genuinely interested in participating, they should carefully read the campaign rules, check the campaign spreadsheet, and follow up on the latest announcements made by the campaign manager. Almost all campaigns have weekly updates, so I do not see any real problem here. Besides, many forget that there is also a search function on this forum. I wonder why people don't use it more.

I understand your concern but as you can see I'm not the OP of the thread and it's kind of challenging to ask the project owner to update each week. The campaign is always open, if an exceptional members apply even though there's no slot available, his application will be considered.
