I was always expecting this change in rates since we crossed the ATH at 20,000$ but still they did not adjust the pay rates for last few weeks 
Even the current pay rates are very much attractive when converted to dollars. I am holding every satoshi because i know bitcoin will reach 100,000$ this year.

No, this isn't frustration on my part. I understand that this must be done. I just hope that this BTC price increase isn't temporary and that there won't be a major correction soon.
It would be inconvenient for a lightlord to have to adjust rates every week.

I can understand why Lightlord has lowered the pay rate, because Lightlord only wants to adjust to the budget it has. Because if the pay rate is
not lowered, the amount of payment that must be paid to campaign participants will increase. We as participants must be realistic in seeing this,
I am sure that all of us as participants want this campaign to long-lasting. That's why Lightlord did this so he could make this campaign survive.
Because not many gambling campaigns can survive more than two years.

From observation I think that's because bitvest is the new project while 777coin is former. Just maybe he was trying to get more users into promoting bitvest more so the payment was a little bit higher to attract more users. Anyways I inherited both campaign that way and he we'll be in the perfect position to give you the best answer to your question. Happy new year too buddy.

maybe for highest Tiers, but for me in tier D is quite weak, I am waiting if any higher tier's member will leave a place

Big reduce.. I am afraid many people will  leave campaign
I know btc pumping hard, but what  if bubble will burst?

Unfortunately it's a big reduce but the bitcoin market went above 35,000 USD. So the rise in bitcoins still made the campaign more profitable for all of us. If there is a burst coming I am sure the prices will be changed again.
