In your case, It is a first warning given from @Hhampuz since you didn't meet the last round(23) minimum post requirements, as far as I can see on the spreadsheet.

See the first section of signature campaign terms, your tier will be dropped to below tier if you do it consecutively, and probably kicked out from campaign if you are on the lowest tier.

Thanks for the explanation on the asterisks sign in front of participants on the spreadsheet page. In my own case, do I fall into any of the category mentioned above? This is because I was accepted yesterday 2nd June which happen to be the last day for the week and it will not be nice of me if I should make post that is meant to be for one week in just one day.

I often share the reason in PM with the user in question, rather than in public.

Most common reasons for being removed:

Legitimate Negative Trust.
Extreme Post Bursting.

I always write something in the "Comments" section of each user that is affected by something, for example if someone is just writing one liners I give them a warning by typing "Stop posting only one liners" and if this continues for several weeks without improvement I usually remove the user. There are other things too, like minor post bursting etc.

Just make sure to always check the spreadsheet.

Not compulsory based on the rules, only max of 15 posts in gambling section are given bonus rate.
However, in order to get paid or and remain in the campaign, you need to make at least 15 posts a week to any section.
